Our experience begins with arrival at Tijuana Airport, where our team will welcome the group to begin the private transfer to the Baja California coast.
🍴 Food – The Lobster House | Puerto Nuevo
Our first stop will be in the iconic town of Puerto Nuevo to enjoy the famous Baja-style lobster.
La Casa de la Langosta is one of the most traditional restaurants in the region and represents one of the most authentic gastronomic experiences in northern Mexico.
The lobster is served with rice, beans, and handmade flour tortillas, creating a perfect introduction to Baja Californian cuisine.
🏨 Check-in – Maglén Resort by GuruHotel
After lunch we will continue to the Guadalupe Valley to check in at our host hotel.
🌅 Sunset – Bar Bura | Four Fours
We will end the day in one of the most spectacular places in Baja California.
Located on stunning cliffs facing the Pacific, Bar Bura at Cuatro Cuatros is known as “the balcony to the sea”.
Here we will enjoy wine, cocktails and an unforgettable sunset as the sun sets over the ocean.

We will visit Casa de Piedra, one of the most influential wineries in contemporary Mexican wine.
Founded by renowned winemaker Hugo D’Acosta, this house is famous for its signature wines and high-quality sparkling wines.
🍴 Food – Stone Shells
Our meal will be at Conchas de Piedra, a restaurant recognized by the Michelin Guide.
Specializing in fresh seafood and seafood cuisine, this restaurant offers a perfect pairing between oysters, clams and sparkling wines.

🍷 Adobe Guadalupe
In the afternoon we will visit Adobe Guadalupe, one of the most iconic and elegant wineries in the Valley.
Its wines inspired by archangels, its unique architecture, and its famous Aztec horses create an experience full of personality and tradition.
🌙 Dinner – Almatierra
We will end the day with a relaxed dinner in Almatierra.
This restaurant offers contemporary Mexican cuisine in a warm atmosphere surrounded by bonfires and nature.
Deep Immersion in the Guadalupe Valley
🍷 DoVinto Long Tour
This day will be dedicated to one of the most authentic and enriching experiences in the Guadalupe Valley.
We will visit DoVinto, a boutique winery focused on organic and sustainable practices, where we will experience a deep immersion in the philosophy of respect for the land, natural cycles and the artisanal production of wine.
Through its exclusive Long Tour experience, we will get to know the complete production process, the vineyards, the sustainable agricultural practices and the vision that has made DoVinto one of the most interesting proposals in the Valley.
More than just a visit, this experience will allow us to understand the connection between terroir, nature and wine, enjoying a relaxed and enriching day in direct contact with the environment.
At the end of the experience we will enjoy a light meal and wine pairing within the property, allowing us to continue enjoying the atmosphere without rushing.
🌙 Dinner – Big Animal
The evening will culminate with one of the most extraordinary gastronomic experiences in Mexico.
Animalón, recognized by the Michelin Guide, offers a magical dinner under the shade of an illuminated centuries-old oak tree.
The culinary offering celebrates local products and contemporary creativity in an intimate and spectacular setting.
Considered one of the most renowned restaurants in the country, Animalón represents the perfect combination of nature, gastronomy and hospitality.
An evening designed to end the day in a memorable way.

🍷 Monte Xanic
We will visit Monte Xanic, one of the most important premium wineries in Mexico.
Renowned for its innovation and elegance, Monte Xanic offers high-level tasting experiences accompanied by stunning views of its lake and vineyards.
Its philosophy combines technology, sustainability and a passion for excellence, making it an indispensable reference within the Mexican wine industry.
🍴 Food – Fauna at Bruma
Considered one of the best restaurants in Latin America, Fauna offers a signature culinary experience directed by Chef David Castro Hussong.
Its experimental cuisine, architectural design, and sophisticated ambiance make this meal one of the most memorable moments of the trip.
Each menu is inspired by seasonal ingredients and the rich gastronomy of Baja California, offering a unique and constantly evolving proposal.
🍷 Mist
After lunch we will explore Bruma, a minimal intervention winery where design, architecture and wine coexist in an extraordinary way.
The underground wine cellar built around an ancient oak tree is one of the most impressive in the Valley.
Here we will enjoy an experience that celebrates the connection between nature, creativity and wine, in one of the most innovative and visually stunning projects in the region.
🌿 Free afternoon at Maglén Resort
After a day full of sensory experiences, we will return to the hotel to enjoy free time.
Travelers can relax in the resort’s pools, jacuzzis or common areas, enjoy a glass of wine, visit the spa or simply contemplate the landscapes of the Guadalupe Valley from the comfort of the hotel.
This space has been designed to allow each participant to experience the Valley at their own pace.
🔥 Special Night – Bonfire Among the Vineyards
We will end the day with a relaxing experience inside the hotel.
We will enjoy a night by the campfire with wine and an intimate atmosphere surrounded by the tranquility of the Guadalupe Valley.

We will visit the oldest winery in Baja California.
During this interactive experience, each participant will have the opportunity to blend, bottle, and label their own personalized wine.
A fun and memorable activity that connects creativity and wine.
🍷 El Cielo Resort
We will continue to El Cielo Resort to tour its vineyards and visit its impressive underground wine cellar.
Depending on availability, we can tour part of the property in golf carts or internal transport while enjoying the scenery of the Valley.
🍴 Food – Latitude 32
Our last great gastronomic experience will be at Latitude 32.
This restaurant fuses ingredients from Baja California with Yucatecan influences, offering a sophisticated menu with fresh seafood, premium meats, and an excellent wine selection.
🔥 Farewell Bonfire
In the evening we will enjoy a relaxed closing at the hotel.
A final glass of wine by the campfire will be the perfect way to end our experience in the Guadalupe Valley.
